Leryn Franco is a Paraguayan Olympian who is an expert in the Javelin through. She first took up throwing when she was in high school, winning tons of international competitions.

For instance, Franco took home the gold for her javelin throwing back in 1998 at the South American Junior Championships in Manaus, Brazil as well as a bronze in 1999 at the South American Junior Championships in Venezuela. We guess living in the jungle has its perks!
