Mark Wahlberg recently caused a stir in Hollywood after revealing his workout regime. This involved waking up in the small hours of the morning to work out, eat, then work out some more before his family even think about opening their eyes. He doesn’t have to trek to a public gym though, and Wahlberg can head to his own personal workout room on his property.
Besides more workout equipment than a regular gym, Wahlberg has a boxing ring to help him train for his biggest action movie roles. For as long as he’s been an actor, it has been apparent that Wahlberg loved to workout and now that he’s making the big bucks he can do so on his own terms.
