St. James’s Palace used to be the most important and central place for royal meetings. However, this all ended during Queen Victoria’s reign. It is situated in the City of Westminster and is an impressive sight to be seen.
Many of the buildings were built in the time of Henry VIII, and have survived in excellent condition that can still be seen today. Today, it is home to a number of official offices, and also used as a place to host charity events.
