Many other doubters have brought up the fact that Yannis and his team found the ramp by an alabaster quarry. Although we know for certain that the Ancient Egyptians did use alabaster within their pyramids, they did not only use this kind of rock.

So, what about the other heavy stone blocks that needed to be transported? No other ramp or system has been found to suggest that other methods involving a ramp has been found. In fact, this just makes the mystery surrounding these structures even more difficult.
