On April 4, 2019, Maddie’s day at work started like every other day. She was hopping on-board an aircraft at Sky Harbor Airport in Arizona, traveling to Dallas. It was a pretty standard flight for Maddie at this point in her career. Plus, it was a mere two-hour journey – nothing, really!

Not your average flight

However, there was one other thing that made this flight unlike any other… the CEO of American Airlines was due to be onboard! As a means of making a good impression on their top boss, the crew were told to be on their best behavior, and ensure that all measures and tasks were carried out correctly. There was to be no slacking on the attention to detail of their service today!
