Maddie had never met the CEO of the company so she was a little nervous about making sure she didn’t make any mistakes. This was a big deal. The CEO of American Airlines is a man named Doug Parker – a compassionate, humble, and friendly man. Someone who Maddie was about to meet in the most hilariously disastrous way, whether she liked it or not.

Making an impression

After the cabin crew was told that Doug and various other executives were going to be taking the flight, Maddie started to compose herself and make sure she was prepared to give the best service possible. She knew she was good at her job, so there was going to be no problem; that’s what Maddie told herself anyway.
