The American Bulldog is pretty popular, and it was originally bred for the sake of working on a farm, as well as guarding and fighting. If you raise them the right way, they can be absolutely awesome pets, with unwavering loyalty and affection for their owner.
However, even when they mean well, their sheer strength can sometimes be hard for them to control, and therefore we don’t recommend them being around kids unless their highly trained.
