What’s worse than seeing some wild animal barreling towards you at full speed? Probably realizing the reason it’s running so quickly. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, the old saying goes. But an equally good indictor is fleeing wildlife.

While there are certain species of animals, like frogs, that wait out fires by burrowing deeper underground, most animals will just run for it. So while you’ll need to evade that oncoming stampede, you should probably watch out for any fire that’s following them too.
