Geysers may be found in several places on the planet, from the U.S. and Chile to Russia and Iceland. If you ever happen to visit Yellowstone National Park, the first national park in the U.S. and probably the world, you might stand in awe at the beauty of these hot springs.
It might even be tempting to go skinny dipping in them. Please don’t. A normal hot tub is about 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Those hot springs? 200 degrees or hotter. That pretty coloration, by the way, is due to bacteria that thrives in extremely hot environments.
