Imagine being in the situation where your refrigerator has stopped working, meaning your food is defrosting, but there’s a hurricane outside. Would your priority be to keep the food cool, or to make sure no one has to go out in a storm that could cost a repair worker their life?
According to this negative customer review, they were unhappy that this business chose to value the life of its workers over some refrigerated goods. Sure it was a lot of food, but it wasn’t worth risking a hurricane for.
