A college girl’s first year roommate was shocked to arrive to college to realize not all students had grown up like she had. She had honestly thought the only reason people didn’t buy whatever they wanted, like cars, nice clothes, and houses, was because they were simply very frugal.
She thought poverty only existed in far away countries, and not that some people in her own city, at her college, could also struggle financially. She quickly learned she had been wrong!
