Once Upon a Time had a pretty original concept – taking all the famous fairy tales and combining them into one big realm with intertwining stories. Its downfall was perhaps the fact that it was a little cheesy at times – especially when everyone got their happy endings in the finale of season six.
But what really turned viewers away, was the decision to keep the show going after most of the main characters bowed out. The show continued for another season with a time jump, and it just felt redundant.
