Lautner finally had the freedom to appear in whatever he wanted. However, the film roles weren’t coming in as thick and fast as he’d hoped. The year following the final “Twilight” movie, the actor only made one appearance in the form of the comedy “Grown Ups 2.”
It wasn’t a significant role which was disappointing considering how much of an impact playing Jacob Black was supposed to have on his career. Nevertheless, he took what he could get, grateful to still be relevant on the big screen.
