Charlie Ward is one of those fortunate people who seem to be great at everything they do, and he played for 11 seasons in the NBA. The point guard spent the majority of his career with the New York Knicks but never really had the impact on the league he would have wanted.

Despite not becoming the superstar he might have dreamed he would, Ward’s love for the sport never waned, and he moved into coaching. Ward became the head coach at Booker T. Washington High School in Florida after retiring from playing basketball in 2005.
