An interviewer for ESPN made one such mistake while interviewing actor and musician Jamie Foxx, prior to the NBA all-star celebrity game in 2018. The interviewer asked Jamie Foxx about his newly public relationship with actress Katie Holmes, only for Foxx to simply leave the interview in response.
