While plenty of teenage girls enjoy playing around with makeup and dressing to impress when they’re in high school, not everyone feels that way. Many female students hate covering their faces with beauty products, and they would much rather wear clothes that are far more comfortable, regardless of how they look. Cheyanne is someone who fell into the latter category. She considered herself to be a tomboy, and she wasn’t bothered by that.
She saw makeup as a waste of time considering how busy of a life she led. As a member of her school’s wrestling, track, volleyball, and flag football teams, she didn’t have time to be putting on mascara or applying foundation. Besides, she spent so much time exercising that it would all just wash off anyway. It was better that she kept her appearance natural to save herself the hassle.
