After a devastating injury in 2012, Bleiler made the tough decision to retire from the world of competitive snowboarding in 2014. Nevertheless, she has continued to live an active lifestyle and often takes herself into the mountains for fun. When she’s not racing off-piste, Bleiler enjoys mountain biking, surfing, and has also found a new passion in interior design. As if that wasn’t enough, Bleiler is also an environmentalist and works very closely with several organizations, including stopglobalwarming.org and the Aspen Snowmass Save Snow campaign.
