By 2004, Yasmine had fulfilled all the terms of her probation and was, therefore, a free woman again. Now her troubles with the law were firmly in the past, she was free to move forward with her life and start carving out a future for herself. She still had urges to turn back to those substances, but she never gave into them.
That’s something that will never change, no matter how long she stays sober for. She revealed to Glamour that a lot of things trigger her need for narcotics, but she’s determined to keep fighting.
