The late NFL MVP was drafted by the Seattle Mariners during the 35th round of the 1991 MLB draft. In fact, McNair played all three major sports in high school while running track. But eventually he chose football for his career, and in 1995 was drafted at no. 3 overall by the Houston Oilers, soon to be the Tennessee Titans. McNair would go on to win the MVP title in 2003 and appear in three Pro Bowls.
