Emma began work on Shameless at ten years old, not knowing where the role would take her or how long the show would go on for – or at least with her in it. Emma immediately felt at home with the cast and regarded them as her “second family.”
Her mother also agreed that the cast were terrific and incredibly respectful of Emma. Emma began expanding her acting knowledge by watching the more experienced cast members and soon became a much-loved character on the show.
