Though Emma became a real hit with Roseanne fans, it was short-lived. The show was renewed for a new season in March 2018, but this was later revoked after an offensive comment was posted on Twitter, by the show’s protagonist, Roseanne Barr.
Emma thought this was the end of her Roseanne career which disappointed the entire nation who had come to love the show’s new character, Harris. No one knew what would be in store for Emma after the show’s cancelation.
