Talk about an athlete’s instinct! This picture was taken during the playoff and made headlines almost instantly. As it turned out, this player planned to run all the way for the touchdown but found himself cornered by the rival team members. As he tried to get away, one of the defense line team tackled him and dropped his helmet. This athlete realized that he could suffer a serious concussion and instinctively took his head down into his padded shirt, thus preventing himself from sustaining a serious head injury.
