When he finally received the help he needed, he was able to translate his success into back to back Super Bowl victories, just prior to his retirement. He was also named Super Bowl MVP in the 1998 season. Elway was as clutch as they come, as he always played his best when the game was on the line. He was well-known for “The Drive,” during which he drove the team 98 yards down the field at Cleveland, to send the Broncos to the Super Bowl.
