Three years after his final retirement, Michael Jordan made his way back to the NBA as a minority owner of the then-Charlotte Bobcats. Bulls fans may have wanted him to return to Chicago in some capacity, but he ended up going back home. The deal, signed on June 15, 2006, made him second to Robert Johnson, the founder of BET (Black Entertainment Network). He also became the managing member of basketball operations for the team.
