An 18-foot python has given everyone the slip and is on the loose in Poland

It looks like snakes have been making an appearance all over the world – even if they aren’t always a welcomed guest.

One woman was sleeping in Kensington, London when she woke up to find a 3-foot royal python curled up asleep next to her. The woman had no idea the breed of snake is known for being laid-back and docile, so she ran to the bathroom and barricaded the door before calling an animal rescue organization. Now, she just had to wait.
