If the Crown Vic mentioned before is the blue collar worker, than the Lincoln Town Car is its uptown cousin. Built on the same platform, the Town Car full-size sedan nevertheless has a more luxurious package compared to the Crown Vic.

Its 4.6L V8 engine merits special mention here, as it hasn’t changed that much during the Town Car’s 13-year career. It was discontinued in 2011, but was so good that it was selected to be the late President George H. W. Bush’s Presidential State Car.
