This is probably the weirdest mascot on the list, and possibly in all of sports (and that includes Big Red and Otto the Orange). Stanford’s mascot is a legit, weird-looking tree. The tree itself is a member of the band and not the official mascot, but regardless, it’s what’s associated with the Cardinals. This tree, with it’s crazy “leaves” and googly eyes has the most fun on the field, leading the band and the student section.
