Beginning her gymnastics career when she was just three years old, Gabrielle Douglas really jumped into the sport at the age of six.
By the age of eight she rose to become the gymnastics champion for the State of Virginia. By the time the 2012 Olympics in London rolled around she had already beat some of the best in the world. No wonder she won first place in London. Not content with that, she continued on to Rio de Janeiro to win another gold for the USA there.
