Emma wanted to make a change in the world. She recognized a problem, and a major problem at that. Apparently it’s not very uncommon for bosses to not allow their employees proper time to grieve when they lose a pet.
But she wanted to change that, and in order to make a change, she had to start a movement. She had to gather enough people who agreed with her ideas. But would she be able to find enough?
