When it comes to golf, there’s one player that nearly everyone is familiar with, whether they watch the sport or not. That, of course, is Tiger Woods. For more than two decades, the man has dedicated himself to his sporting career, and he’s blown most of his competitors out of the water. Unfortunately, it’s not always his performance on the green that people prefer to talk about.
After rising through the ranks and becoming one of the world’s biggest golfing stars, Woods was knocked off his high horse in 2009 when his marriage fell apart. His wife had caught him out on multiple counts of infidelity, and the stories of his indiscretions were all over the news. Soon enough, the only thing people remembered him for was his womanizing ways, rather than his sporting skills. However, after a decade of negative press, it seems that things are finally turning around for the golfer.
There aren’t many people who can say they hit rock bottom and clawed their way back up to the top. That’s exactly what Tiger Woods has done, though, and there’s no way he’s looking back now.
