Rachel McAdams, Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Seyfriend, and Lacey Chabert played a group of girls called “The Plastics” in Mean Girls. The irony here is that the movie ends with us lambasting them for their bullying ways, and yet their outfits were all still super iconic and influential on the society around them.
Mean or not, these ladies knew how to dress, and the viewers at home knew it. Countless scenes have been forever etched into the minds of the public, including the Plastics rendition of Jingle Bell Rock during a Christmas school talent show. And then of course there’s the classic line, that Halloween is just an excuse for girls to dress like… Well, if you know you know.
