Jesse Williams doesn’t want to pay his ex the $200,000 in their divorce battle

Going through a divorce isn’t easy. That’s why you should never rush into a marriage, no matter how much you think you love someone. If more people were aware of the time, money, and effort that goes into legally separating, they probably wouldn’t be in such a rush to walk down the aisle. A divorce can last for several years, and the whole time you’re going through proceedings, it costs you money. That can really rack up in no time at all.
Grey’s Anatomy actor Jesse Williams is well aware of that. He filed for divorce from his wife back in 2017, and his finances have taken a significant hit in the years since. His payments continue to rise, with the star recently being asked to hand over more than $200,000 in fees for the ongoing proceedings. It’s pushed Jesse to breaking point, and now he’s fighting back. If his ex-wife wants to bleed him dry, she’s going to have to fight him for it in court.
