Man comes home to find a family of strangers have taken over his house

Are you the sort of person who has to turn every light on in your house to make you feel safe? Imagine coming home to find a complete stranger in your home! That is one of the biggest fears for many people, especially those who live on their own. You know you should be the only one there, but something is telling you that you aren’t alone.
Your home is meant to be your sanctuary, that one place in the world that’s safe from everyone else and if someone comes along and breaks in, you feel violated. This is your space, your home, and someone has attempted to take everything you’ve worked for, and what you value most, away from you.
Unfortunately, there are bad people everywhere, and while most of us are lucky enough to never experience a break-in, some folks have to go through the ordeal. Kent Foster, of Union, South Carolina, came home to discover his house had not only been broken into, but a stranger was parading around in his wife’s clothing. This is his unsettling and terrifying story.

The last thing most people do before leaving their home is to check all the windows and doors are locked. You don’t want some stranger coming along and moving themselves in, so you do what you can to make your house burglar-proof.

Kent Foster thought he had left his home in a safe way and when he disappeared for a while, the last thing he expected was to discover someone had broken in.
