It seems as though this skirt was a skirt of nightmares for Meghan when she wore it. Not only did it show off her underwear, but it was also made from fabric that would crease easily.

Therefore, efforts are made to ensure they never have to deal with crinkles or wrinkles. Someone should have definitely got the steamer out before she started shaking hands and having her photo taken.
