Jackson’s lawsuit adds that if she had known when there was such a lack of coverage, she wouldn’t have signed on for the film. Her lawsuit claims Jackson would have either simply refused to be a part of the production, or she would have sorted out insurance for herself.
Instead, she says she went on what she was led to believe by the production company, which was not nearly enough. It might also have set alarm bells ringing about how careful the company was about its operations.
