Ozzie Newsome was a record setter during his 13 seasons with the Cleveland Browns. Back then, Newsome became the leading TE receiver in the history of the league. He recorded 662 receptions, including two consecutive seasons with 89 receptions in 1983 and 1984, totalling 7,980 yards for his career. Newsome and the Browns made five straight postseason appearances, including three conference championships in four years. They lost to the Denver Broncos all three times. Newsome, a 3-time Pro Bowler, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1999.
