Dick Butkus was known as one of the most menacing men in the league. Butkus, who spent his entire career with the Chicago Bears in the 1960s and 1970s, never got the chance to play in a postseason game because his career was cut short due to injury. He wrapped up his tenure in the NFL with 22 interceptions for 166 yards and 27 recovered fumbles. He was an 8-time Pro Bowler, 5-time All Pro and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1979.
