These NFL legends were never crowned champions

[post_page_title]Junior Seau, LB[/post_page_title]
Junior Seau was the face of the San Diego Chargers for 13 seasons and may be the team’s greatest defensive player of all time. The 12-time Pro Bowler recorded 1,286 tackles and 47 sacks while playing for the Chargers. Seau made three playoff appearances, including a trip to the Super Bowl in 1994, when the Chargers lost to the 49ers 49-26. He would go on to play in a second Super Bowl with the New England Patriots in 2007, their notorious 18-1 season. He retired in 2010, had his number retired and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015. But Seau never saw his jersey retired or his induction, the legend committed suicide in 2012.
