The Bengals are one of the most recognizable teams in the NFL thanks to their colorful stripes, but this is less clear. It seems whoever drew this got confused about whether they were drawing a real cat or if it was a person in a mascot costume. There appears to have been no planning go into this, and even the hands are bad as one hand has claws, while the other does not.
