The cold has gotten so intense in some places, people’s hair freeze. Someone even joked that it’s making people look like Dr. Seuss characters, and we can honestly see what they’re talking about. But if you ask us, our favorite aspect about this whole debacle is their positive attitude.
Sure, this girl might be freezing her toes off, but she’s loving the fact that her hair looks like it could belong to a member of the “Whoville” population. She’s laughing it off like it’s all good fun. But all jokes aside, it’s really pretty darn crazy her hair is doing that.
