It’s always good to talk to an IT person who actually knows what they’re talking about. However, this is pretty darn revealing here. It’s crazy to think that you may know more than the IT person you’re speaking with, even if you’re not an expert on the topic or industry. Is this a problem? One could certainly come to that conclusion as Google is only going to help so much. For some issues, true knowledge will be needed.
