There are customers out there who sort of abuse the tagline, “the customer’s always right.” You probably have encountered people like this, but kindness and politeness go a long way on the customer-end of things too. For instance, this retail manager noted how the attitude of the customer will determine the type of service they get, more or less. It just goes to show that everything is made easier when both parties are polite and respectful to one another.
