Audiences grew to love Susan Dey thanks to her role in the iconic ‘70s show The Partridge Family. The show was a musical sitcom and Dey portrayed Laurie Partridge, playing everyone’s favorite blue-eyed TV daughter.

Besides starring in the Partridge Family, Dey also was a regular on animated comedy Goober and the Ghost Chasers, and S. W. A. T. She almost exclusively worked in television during the ‘70s, although she found some movie roles in western The Captive: The Longest Drive 2, and romance drama First Love.
