Stars who refused to be part of their show's reunion

There have been so many great TV shows over the years that will forever go down in history. The likes of the romantic comedy-drama SATC, the medical comedy-drama Scrubs, the sitcom Parks and Recreation, and the political drama The West Wing have seen many of us hooked to the TV set over the years. So what about when they have a reunion? What a time to be alive.
Although some cast members opt for a low-key photoshoot, others go all out and host a reunion show that usually gives fans everything they want and more. Unfortunately, not everyone always wants to be a part of it all. In fact, some stars have refused to be part of a show’s reunion at all, while others seemed to miss out on the invite. Perhaps not everything was as it appeared on the small screen? Maybe their character wasn’t as loved as we once thought? Sadly, the fans sure noticed their absences.

Dawson’s Creek was the teen drama that grabbed many of us over the years. The leading man, Dawson, always had his parents, Gail and Mitch Leery, by his side. However, the actors that brought them to life, Mary Margaret Humes and John Wesley Shipp, apparently weren’t such a big part of the family after all.

The entire cast reunited for a magazine photo shoot – apart from Mary and John. It turns out the pair were both hurt at their lack of invite, with John uploading a sarcastic photo of the couple edited into the snap.
