Coming off of his amazing season in 2011-2013, Mourinho went on to have his worst season of his career in 2012-2013. It was so bad that Real Madrid let him go. But Chelsea was right there waiting to take him back. He took Chelsea to third place in the Premier League his first season back, and took the team to win the League championships the year after that. As Mourinho said, “In my career I’ve had two great passions – Inter and Chelsea – and Chelsea is more than important for me.”
