Although some great athletes seem to know what they want before they turn 10, it took Michelle Waterson until college to find her passion for the martial arts. In Michelle’s first MMA (mixed martial arts) competition, she won by a landslide. As the years went on, she started facing tough – more well known – competitors. Sometimes she lost and sometimes she won. In 2014, she won the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Michelle is happily married and a proud mother of one daughter.
