When Iman Shumpert first met singer Teyana Taylor, he could have had no idea he would be there to give her urgent medical attention in the future. They fell in love in 2016, and soon after, Taylor fell pregnant. Shumpert was with Taylor when she went into labor a month earlier than her due date.
Her NBA star partner delivered their baby, and legend has it Shumpert stabilized the umbilical cord with headphones until medical assistance arrived. Taylor also choreographed Beyoncé’s music video ‘Ring the Alarm.’
