Shaq posted a side-by-side picture of himself making a face next to a random person. However, the man in the photo, Jahmel Binion, suffered from a rare disease known as hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia. The condition can cause facial deformities, and Binion was unhappy with what he saw as Shaq mocking his condition. Most of Shaq’s fans seemed to agree, lambasting him for the thoughtless action.
