Evan and his family have remained ever grateful towards all of the kind people who donated the funds. Even now, five years after they appeared on ‘Campbell Live’, they are still blown away by the amount of selflessness that was shown towards Evan and his unfortunate situation. Speaking to the press, Evan’s mom Barbara said, “I really don’t know where we would be without the generosity we’ve had. We did initially look at getting a mortgage, but this came up and blew us away.”
