Just one week after his mugshot became a viral sensation, Charles was arrested a second time – but this time in another state.
On November 21, 2018, spikes were used to bring Charles’ car to a stop while he was driving through Alabama. He was eventually apprehended by the police and was charged with having a revoked license and the possession of illicit substances. Once again, his mugshot showcased that one particular feature.
